  • Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within Australia. International shipping may be introduced later.

  • Delivery times vary but typically range between 3-7 business days.

  • RISE is not responsible for delays due to carrier issues, customs, or force majeure.

 

5. Returns & Refunds

Processing Your Return

  • We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase, but we do not cover return shipping costs.

  • Refunds may take 14 working days to be credited back to your account.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We do not offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind, including a satisfaction guarantee, as everyone’s skin is different and results may vary.

 

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and offer a replacement.

  • If your item is damaged, email a photo and your order number to orders@channelrise.com.au within 7 days of purchase.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition; no refund will be issued for used products.
